Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect personal information.
This privacy policy explains how ITify Solutions ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit itifysolutions.online (the "Site") or contact us about our services and products. Our business address is 80 S.W. 8th Street, 20th Floor, Miami, Florida 33130.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact details such as your name, company, email address and phone number when you send a message, request a quote or book an assessment.
- The content of your messages and any details you choose to share about your business or IT environment.
- Billing and contract details if you become a client. These are handled under your service agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit, recorded in standard server logs.
- The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, photographs from Unsplash and an embedded map from Google Maps. When your browser requests these, those providers receive your IP address and browser information under their own privacy policies.
The Site does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or other cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, and schedule assessments.
- To provide, support and bill for services and products under a client agreement.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To send service updates or, with your permission, occasional news. You can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as email, hosting, ticketing and accounting providers, under confidentiality obligations.
- With manufacturers and software vendors when needed to fulfil an order or register a license or warranty you have requested.
- When required by law, court order or to protect the safety, rights or property of our clients, staff or the public.
- As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you where required.
4. Client data we manage
When we provide managed services, we may access data held in our clients' systems. That access is governed by the client's service agreement and, where applicable, a business associate agreement or data processing agreement. This policy covers information about visitors and prospective clients, not data we process on a client's behalf.
5. Data security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including encryption, multi-factor authentication and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal data through the contact form or email.
6. Data breach notification
If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law, including the Florida Information Protection Act (Section 501.171, Florida Statutes).
7. Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, generally no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept for the term of the agreement and as long afterwards as required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
8. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending marketing messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
9. Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, including vendor and manufacturer sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Site.
